  5. Choose your preferred payment method and click "Complete Order."

What guarantee does UB Decor offer for its products?

All UB Decor products are manufactured on order with premium quality. If you receive a faulty product from our end, we promise to offer a free replacement.

Do you ship to my city and location?

Yes, we ship all over Pakistan.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is 7-10 working days. However, it may vary depending on the type of product you order.

 

What is your payment policy for orders?

For orders under PKR 10,000, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). For orders of PKR 10,000 or above, we require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% payable upon delivery.

 

Can I customize one of your products?

Yes, we offer product, design, and order customization. The price will depend on the product type, material, and dimensions.

 

Do your prices include tax?

Yes, all our product prices are inclusive of GST.

No, customized orders cannot be canceled once placed.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

We provide free home delivery in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. For other cities, a charge of PKR 40 per kg applies.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product type and quantity. We strive to deliver your products within 7-10 working days.

What is the process of payment and COD service?

Payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash. COD service is offered for orders under PKR 10,000. For orders of PKR 10,000 or above, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery.

 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via the provided billing email and phone number. We will also stay in touch through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If the product is damaged during delivery, we offer a free replacement (terms apply). On customer choice orders (customized orders by any size/color), no return policy applies. Replacements are accepted only for damaged/defective products or if the product is not as ordered. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement. In Lahore, products are replaced within 3-5 working days; in other cities, within 7-10 working days.

Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped?

No, you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
